Lemon Tiramisu

A refreshing twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring zesty lemon flavors and creamy mascarpone.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfinger cookies briefly in lemon curd and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat layers.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
