Knorr Spinach Dip

A classic, creamy spinach dip made with Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions. This crowd-pleasing appetizer is easy to make and perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, green onions, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. Stir to combine.
  2. Stir in the spinach, using a spoon or spatula to break up and distribute any clumps.
  3. Cover and chill the dip for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or bread.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute low-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt. If using fresh spinach, steam about 16 oz until wilted, then squeeze dry. The dip can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
