  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, and white vinegar to create the special sauce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded lettuce, cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and sliced pickles.
  4. Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes
