- Prepared tangzhong (flour paste)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tbsp reserved strawberry mixture
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp strawberry extract (optional)
