Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake

A moist and tropical pineapple cake that’s bursting with flavor and perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. While cake is still warm, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over the cake.
  6. Allow cake to cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
