For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread sour cream evenly over the dough. Layer with cooked beef mixture, green chiles, onion, tomato, black olives, and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
