For the Crust:

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, drained and picked clean
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crabmeat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
