A creamy, cheesy crab dip inspired by the famous Joe’s Crab Shack, perfect for parties or as an appetizer.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb lump crabmeat, drained and picked clean
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crabmeat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
