Jerk Wings, Rotel Pasta and Green Beans

A flavorful family meal featuring spicy jerk-seasoned chicken wings, creamy Rotel pasta with bold Caribbean spices, and fresh green beans for a balanced, easy dinner perfect for gatherings.[1][2]

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup jerk seasoning or rub
  • 1 lb pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz each)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded chicken or ground beef for pasta, bell peppers, green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chicken wings with jerk seasoning, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, turning halfway.[1]
  2. Boil pasta according to package directions; drain. In a skillet, heat Rotel tomatoes, stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy, then mix in cooked pasta. Adjust spice with extra jerk seasoning.[1][2]
  3. Steam or boil green beans in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp; drain and toss with butter, salt, and pepper. Serve wings, pasta, and green beans together.[2]

Notes

Adjust jerk seasoning for heat preference; perfect for large batches and parties. Add cream cheese to pasta for richer texture or black beans for extra protein. Pair pasta with rice for a heartier meal.[1]
