For the Crust:

  • 1 (3 oz) package of flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in cold water and refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
  3. Fold in marshmallows, whipped topping, and nuts (if using) until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
