- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water in a medium bowl.
- Stir in cold water and refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
- Fold in marshmallows, whipped topping, and nuts (if using) until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
