Jalapeño Popper Dip

A creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy baked dip inspired by classic jalapeño poppers, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 medium jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, chopped bacon, diced jalapeños, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeños. You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a tangier flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
