Instant Fruit Rabdi in Minutes! Custard Fruit Salad Recipe

A quick and easy custard fruit salad combining creamy instant fruit rabdi with fresh fruits, perfect for a refreshing dessert.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh fruits (apple, banana, grapes, orange, pomegranate)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix custard powder with 1/4 cup of cold milk to make a smooth paste, ensuring no lumps.
  2. Boil the remaining milk in a pan, add sugar and cardamom powder, stir well.
  3. Slowly add the custard paste to the boiling milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, fold in the mixed fresh fruits and nuts.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh and seasonal fruits for best flavor. You can substitute custard powder with vanilla pudding mix for a different taste. Adjust sugar according to sweetness of fruits.
