Instant Fruit Rabdi in Minutes!

A quick and delicious dessert made with a mix of fruits and a light custard-like rabdi.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed fruits (such as strawberries, grapes, pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, combine milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water until smooth. Add this mixture to the heating milk and stir well.
  3. Continue heating until the mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder and stir.
  4. Add the mixed fruits and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Let cool slightly.
  6. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with nuts if desired.

Notes

This recipe is ideal for a quick dessert. You can adjust the amount of fruits according to your preference. Serve chilled for a refreshing treat.
