Instant Fruit Rabdi in Minutes – Custard Fruit Salad Recipe

A quick and delicious dessert recipe that combines fresh fruits with a creamy custard base, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp custard powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed fruits (such as strawberries, grapes, banana, apple)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • Chopped nuts or dried fruits for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix together milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla essence. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix custard powder with a little water to make a smooth paste. Add this paste to the milk mixture and stir continuously until it thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add the chopped fruits and cardamom powder (if using). Mix well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a thicker custard, cook the mixture slightly longer. You can customize the fruits to your preference.
