For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce over the stir fry, toss to coat, and cook for 2 more minutes until glazed.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice.
