For the Crust:

1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add steak bites and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites (reserving marinade) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and add butter. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
