  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine olive oil, vinegar, water, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Whisk or shake until well combined and emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  5. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before each use.

Notes

For best flavor, let the dressing sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the herbs to infuse. Adjust honey and vinegar to taste for sweetness or tang. Use fresh herbs for a brighter flavor if available.
