For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir well to combine.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and pour in beef broth. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes until flavors meld.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
