For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir well to combine.
  5. Return the potatoes to the skillet and pour in beef broth. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes until flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
