A delicious and easy-to-make burrito bowl with seasoned ground beef, rice, and fresh toppings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Divide cooked rice among bowls. Top with seasoned ground beef, black beans, and corn.
  4. Add avocado slices, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
