1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried dill

1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, red onion, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
