For the Crust:
1 lb ground lamb or beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in batches and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
