Grape Salad

Description

A refreshing and creamy grape salad with a hint of sweetness and crunch.

For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs seedless red grapes
  • 2 lbs seedless green grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently stir until well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans and brown sugar.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
