For the Crust:
- 2 lbs seedless grapes (red and green)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle chopped pecans and brown sugar on top.
