For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly, then set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle chopped pecans and brown sugar on top.

Notes
