Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake

A creamy and cheesy pasta bake with tender chicken and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and half the mozzarella. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
