Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Tender, juicy steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Quick and easy recipe ready in under 15 minutes, perfect for weeknight dinners or a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot
  2. Add steak cubes in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-4 minutes without stirring to develop a crust
  3. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown (work in batches if necessary)
  4. Transfer steak to a plate
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet
  6. Once butter melts, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant
  7. Return steak to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat in the garlic butter sauce
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately

Notes

Use a very hot pan to achieve a nice crust on the meat. Ensure steak pieces are cut into even-sized cubes for uniform cooking. Do not stir the steak immediately upon adding to the pan to allow proper browning.
