A simple and flavorful fried cabbage dish that makes a great side or main course.

For the Crust:
- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
- Add butter to the bacon drippings, then sauté onion and garlic until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well to coat the cabbage in the seasonings.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked bacon before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
