A creamy, no-bake pie that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.
  5. Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired before serving.

Notes
