  • 200g button mushrooms (7 oz)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (65 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley or chives
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (85 ml)
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (85 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of dried basil, parsley, oregano, and thyme
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice preference)
