For the Crust:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
