Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

A guilt-free energy dessert made with wholesome ingredients like bananas and oats, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
