For the Crust:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 small flour tortillas or taco shells
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup pickles
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Divide the beef mixture into 8 small portions and press each into a thin patty directly in the skillet.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy. Top each patty with cheese during the last minute of cooking.
Warm the tortillas or taco shells according to package instructions.
Assemble the tacos by placing a cheesy smash patty in each shell. Top with tomatoes, onions, pickles, and a drizzle of sauce (mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard).
