No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 cups whipped topping
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in freshly squeezed orange juice and zest until blended.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until no streaks remain.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
