No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until fully combined.
  3. Stir in freshly squeezed orange juice and zest until blended.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
