Easy Garlic Dressing

A simple, creamy garlic dressing made quickly with mayonnaise, garlic, red wine vinegar, and flavorful seasonings. Perfect for salads or as a dip, this dressing is fast to prepare and full of bold, tangy taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 cracks black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, paprika, dried oregano, whole grain mustard, Worcestershire sauce, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk everything together until smooth and well blended.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
  4. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Notes

For a thinner dressing, add a little water or milk to reach desired consistency. The dressing can also be used as a dip for vegetables or a spread for sandwiches. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
