For the Crust:
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Squeeze excess moisture from thawed spinach and place in a medium bowl.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, dry soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions to the bowl.
- Stir all ingredients until well combined and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
