Easy Creamy Spinach Dip

A simple, creamy spinach dip that comes together quickly and is perfect for parties or snacking.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Squeeze excess moisture from thawed spinach and place in a medium bowl.
  2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, dry soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions to the bowl.
  3. Stir all ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
