Easy One-Pan Egg Toast Sandwich

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made in one pan, featuring toasted bread, eggs, cheese, and a touch of seasoning, perfect for a viral breakfast idea.

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ketchup or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Place the bread slices side by side in the pan.
  3. Crack one egg on top of each bread slice carefully.
  4. Season eggs with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover the pan and cook until eggs are set and bread is toasted, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each egg-topped bread slice.
  7. Cover again and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
  8. Remove from pan, serve immediately with optional ketchup or hot sauce.

Notes
