Cucumber Salad

Description

A refreshing and light cucumber salad with a tangy dressing.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
