For the Crust:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream.
- Serve on warm tortillas with desired toppings.
