For the Crust:
- 6 cups strong brewed coffee
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla extract
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in the crock pot.
- Whisk until well blended. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir before serving. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
