For the Crust:
- 6 cups strong brewed coffee
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla syrup
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in the crock pot.
- Whisk until well combined and smooth.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice before serving.
