Crispy Flatbread with Brie

A deliciously crispy flatbread topped with creamy Brie cheese, perfect as an appetizer or light snack.

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry or flatbread
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the puff pastry or flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the surface with olive oil evenly.
  4. Arrange the Brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the flatbread is golden and crispy and the Brie is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle honey over the top before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes before baking. Serve warm for the best texture and taste.
