Crispy Baked Ground Beef Tacos

Delicious and crispy tacos filled with seasoned ground beef, baked to perfection for a healthier twist.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil on both sides. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then fold in half.
  5. Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Serve topped with tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.

Notes
