Creamy Peanut Caramel Dessert

A rich and creamy dessert combining smooth peanut butter and luscious caramel sauce in a layered or swirled preparation, delivering a decadent peanut-caramel flavor experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the heavy cream thoroughly, then whip it using a blender or mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt gently into the whipped cream.
  3. Pour the ice cream base into a loaf pan or suitable container.
  4. Layer or drizzle the peanut butter, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips (if using) over the base.
  5. Gently fold these toppings in with a spatula to create visible swirls without fully mixing.
  6. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap pressed closely to prevent air pockets.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours until fully set.
  8. Serve directly from the freezer without thawing to maintain creamy texture.

Notes

Use chilled heavy cream for best whipping results; do not thaw before serving to keep the creamy texture; you may substitute natural peanut butter with crunchy for added texture.
