Creamy Bacon Spaghetti

A rich and indulgent pasta dish with crispy bacon and a creamy sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic to the bacon drippings and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and crispy bacon to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
