Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Doritos

A savory snack featuring crispy Doritos chips stuffed with a creamy mixture of cream cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for parties or a quick indulgent treat.

  • 1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (about 9.75 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Carefully separate Doritos chips to create small pockets or use larger chips for stuffing.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each chip and gently press another chip on top to form a sandwich.
  5. Place the stuffed Doritos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chips are slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh crispy bacon and softened cream cheese to ensure easy mixing and stuffing. These can be served warm or at room temperature. Adjust the amount of garlic powder and pepper to taste.
