Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Savory and slightly sweet cranberry turkey stuffing balls made with seasoned stuffing mix, turkey, dried cranberries, sautéed onions and celery, and chicken broth, baked until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 cup oven roasted turkey, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions and celery in a little butter
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth (e.g., Better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the seasoned stuffing mix and sage.
  3. Add the chopped oven roasted turkey, dried cranberries, and sautéed onions and celery to the stuffing mix.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth gradually and mix until the mixture holds together enough to form balls.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls of desired size and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the stuffing balls start browning and are heated through.
  7. Optionally, garnish with parsley and serve with gravy.

Notes

Baking time may vary depending on your oven. These stuffing balls are perfect for Thanksgiving and can be served with gravy for extra flavor. Adjust the amount of dried cranberries to your taste preference.
