Easy Cranberry Fluff

A creamy and fluffy holiday side dish made with fresh cranberries, cream cheese, whipped cream, crushed pineapple, powdered sugar, vanilla, and mini marshmallows. Perfect for festive occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounce package fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Add the cranberries and granulated sugar to bowl of a food processor and pulse until they are very well chopped, but not completely pureed. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla; whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the mulched cranberries and drained crushed pineapple into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
  5. Cover the mixture and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

1. Be careful not to puree the cranberries completely; a finely chopped texture works best.
2. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture.
3. Chilling the fluff overnight enhances the flavors and texture.
