Cookie Dough Snickers & Reeses Ice Cream

A decadent homemade ice cream loaded with chunks of cookie dough, Snickers, and Reeses for the ultimate sweet treat.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup edible cookie dough chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
  3. Once the ice cream is thick and creamy, gently fold in the cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and chopped Reeses.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
