Cookie Choco Flan

A unique dessert combining cookie and chocolate flan elements, perfect for those looking for a creative twist on traditional desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Move oven rack to the lowest position. Prepare a Bundt pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until caramelized. Pour into the prepared Bundt pan and swirl to coat the bottom.
  3. Mix egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Prepare cookie dough according to package instructions if needed. Pour the egg mixture over the caramel layer, then slowly add the cookie batter.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool before inverting onto a serving dish.

Notes

For a firmer flan, consider using more whole eggs instead of just egg yolks. This dessert is best served after it has cooled completely, revealing its layered texture.
