Cookie Choco Flan

A delightful dessert combining cookies with the richness of chocolate flan.

  • 1 package of Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Nido Fortificada (powdered milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch round baking dish or a springform pan.
  2. Roll out the cookie dough to fit the baking dish or springform pan. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the baked cookie crust.
  5. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow the flan to cool completely before refrigerating it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
