For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the skillet. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Let sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken before serving.

Notes
