For the Crust:
8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a large pan, combine pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid has thickened.
Stir in butter, white cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses until melted and creamy. Top with Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
