A creamy, cheesy pasta dish made in one pan for easy cleanup and maximum comfort.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pan, combine pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid has thickened.
  3. Stir in butter, white cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses until melted and creamy. Top with Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
