Cod in Air Fryer

A quick and healthy way to cook cod fillets in the air fryer, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced (optional for serving)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon slices if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
