For the Crust:
- 2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 lemon, sliced (optional for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon slices if desired.
